With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Marketing from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration at the Carlson School of Business in Minnesota, the well-schooled Young-Scrivner began her career on the supplier side of the foodservice business working an internship at PepsiCo, which eventually hired the young trainee. It was that desire to learn and lead that put Young-Scrivner on a long and winding road to success that began, oddly enough, driving a diesel engine.

She was born in Taiwan and moved to the United States at a young age, so Annie Young-Scrivner has a worldly view and an inherent desire to understand the many moving parts of life, people and business.
